This place is awful, the patients are left for hours with the call light on, waiting to be changed,showered, or even fed. Makes me sad that the staff could care less about these patients welfare

First and foremost i want to thank Norma for helping get my mom back close to home unfortunately Madera hospital send my mom up North and Norma helped me get her back my mom is well taken care of and im close by to be able to see her thank you Madera Rehabilitation

My mom was here till she passed away many years ago.Im very grateful to the staff that took care of her. Today my brother's father inlaw is living there cause he needs 24 hour care. He is almost 90yrs old. I must say that the staff is very compassionate and good to him. Its hard having to leave a love one in the care of others especially having leave them to live out the rest of their days. All of the staff that I've met have been very caring and so compassionate and helpful to us. It makes it a little easier to leave the center when visiting is over. Patricia and Leslie thank you so much for taking such great care of Juan and for being so loving and kind to him.Many thanks to all the staff for caring for our loved one. Your hard work I'm sure can be under appreciated at times so from our families thank you for all your help and hard work and for your kindness, God bless you all.

I couldn’t be more appreciative of the Social Services Department at Madera Rehab. Mary Jane and Cindy consistently go above and beyond for their patients, and their dedication shows in every interaction. Madera Rehab is fortunate to have such compassionate and hardworking team members. I’m proud to work alongside them in serving the seniors of the Madera community.

My friend Steven is there now and I’m shocked how much needs repair. The sliding doors that go out to the patio area is original and the doors drag metal to metal no wheels left!!hoe can that not be replaced or at least repaired??? They are not energy efficient! Come on A Street Rehabilitation you are better than that! Now the people who work there are nice people but admit this place needs attention!!! I hope they listen and am thankful they have a place for people like my friend Steven to go to be taken care of!
