RAH has been caring for my mom for over two years now and the quality of the care has been fantastic. We’ve also receive excellent consistency in the caregivers that care for mom which was one of the things that is very important to me. The main goal for my mom is to stay in her home as long as possible and Right At Home has helped that to happen. Thanks for all the caregivers, the ladies in the office and Kelly for always keeping me updated. Thank you all!

Right at Home has excellent care providers. i have gone through a few because of fill ins, if someone was not available but they were all great care givers. They eventually will assign the same person to your loved one regularly, as they know the importance of consistency. From a couple of ones that i had gone through, Right at Home is top notch and The Best!!! if I ever need a care facility in the future, I will definitely be using Right At Home. Thank you for the compassion and care you have provided to my mom.

2022 update to my previous review of RAH Fresno: Mom, who is now 101 years old, broke her leg 5 months ago and we were able to keep our caregivers by her side throughout her hospital and skilled nursing recovery--a huge feat when COVID is still a major issue in medical facilities. On innumerable occasions, our caregivers have been our eyes, ears and hands when we couldn't be at our Mom's side. The screw-ups that were avoided in the facilities - because we had trained caregivers who knew our mother well, safeguarding her well-being - has been worth every penny! Our caregivers from RAH are worth their weight in gold! Now that Mom is bedridden with dementia, the caregiving work is much more demanding than ever. Our caregivers have been phenomenal and she is getting the best care possible. Our staffing coordinator, Christa, is incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. When caregivers or schedules have had to change at the last minute, Christa worked her magic, delicately balancing our needs and choosing the best fit from their caregiver staff. Caring for a bed-bound person with dementia is not easy. We are so relieved and grateful for the caregivers and assistance we've received from RAH! My original review is as follows: We've had RAH to help our elderly mother after she got out of the hospital 18 months ago. She had resisted helpers for years and it was such a source of worry and frustration for us. Now it's so great, she always has someone there to chat with, to make her meals, and most importantly, keep her safe from falling! It's been heavenly to not worry about her safety, and she is never lonely. The overnight care is especially wonderful because she is always safe with a caregiver within a few feet of her. Some caregivers are better cooks than others, but we will cook sometimes and keep individual portions in the freezer for quick and easy meals. All of them genuinely care for our mom and are kind and patient. Over 18+ months, we've only had a couple hiccups with staff, and the company is responsive and willing to work with us when we need to modify schedules. The owner is VERY communicative and we appreciate the quality of caregivers we have had. It's a huge relief to have help, and give such peace of mind! We are very grateful to have such a service available here in Fresno!

Right at home, or more accurately, Christa Swanson has been a God-send. Christa has single-handedly managed a highly complicated situation with my 84 year-old mother that has allowed her to safely and happily stay in the home she loves so much, instead of going into an assisted living environment. Christa is always available, she cares enormously, she’s reliable and highly professional, and she makes things happen. Before finding Christa, I was trying to handle dozens of crises each week, from another state. It was completely untenable, but my mother refused to discuss going into a retirement community. I didn’t think it was possible for my mother to stay in her own home and stay safe but that’s what Christa accomplished. My mom is happy again and I got my life back. Thank you Christa!!!
