Apartment was maintained by cleaning crew before I moved into my apartment everything was in good working order and any problems were taken care of as soon as I notify the front office i would recommend this for any senior looking for a place to live .

This place is not recommended for a loved one. Not safe, no security and thieves come around day and night, causing problems. Residents have reported seeing someone outside their apartments at night, nothing done about it. Locks broken so many times on the gates they finally put chains around the gates. Disappointing 😞

DISGUSTING!!!! Roach infested stoves and fridges in EVERY unit. They REFUSE to give my grandma new ones, they said they’ll only give it to her if they stop working. BS!! I wish I could say I was exaggerating at least a little bit but this place is disgusting!! Please do not live here!! They deserve -1000 stars. They are greedy, lazy workers and management. The maintenance guys are all rude and bang on your door. Every time my loved one needs something done they always talk smart to her and try to make her feel guilty or dumb. They’re completely useless and take advantage of the elderly. Anyone who says this place is any good, must have just moved in and been there for 2 hours. Because you won’t last 24 without seeing at least 50 roaches no matter how much you clean with bleach. The neighbors are super unhygienic and smelly. It lingers in the hallways. They’re always taking up the visitors parking spots so it’s impossible to find parking. There’s 0 security roaming around. There’s dog poop everywhere, and they charge for every little thing. This isn’t even the half of it. Please don’t live here. God bless you all
