Great facility with staff that truly cares about the residents. Everyone works hard to provide the best care possible and create a positive, welcoming environment. The team is compassionate, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents and their families. Proud to be part of such a caring group of people!

This is a good place to come the staff is awesome. Everything is great, clean, therapy is great, nice place to go for rehabilitation

I appreciate the staff at Sierra Vista Healthcare. My father came to you in July after 11 months at a facility that was mistreating him. In his last few months with you he looked so happy. He acted like I expected him too thank you to all staff but to Marahay thank you for those talks. To the social worker that took a chance on my dad thank you. Then 3 months later you had both my parents in your care. To the two Johnathan’s and the nurse my wouldn’t stop talking about don’t remember the name and the speech therapist I believe was a prior student. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and dedication.<br><br>My only complaint was discharge of my mother without a walker at the house when she arrived. We made it work but I wasn’t able to see my dad one last time. He died before I got a chance to return. Less than 24 hours after her discharge.

Excellent facility in all staff work really hard in there work to make you feel better 100 percent also so you can get the best care so you can go home feeling confident in yourself made me feel at home an feeling dad that i have to leave them but i know they are happy to know they did there job !!!!!!!!
