Westminster Place at The Long Community is an affordable senior apartment community in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, offering independent living in one- and two-bedroom apartments for residents age 55 and over who meet income guidelines.

The community features energy-efficient, environmentally friendly "Green" construction with well-designed apartments and modern conveniences. The building includes elevator accessibility, a community room with kitchen, common laundries, and large lobbies on each floor, all within easy walking distance of shops and services.

On-site healthcare services are a key feature, with a Doctor's office staffing a Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, Podiatrist, Audiologist, Optician, and a mobile Dentist who visits monthly. On-site management, maintenance, and supportive services coordination are also available to residents.

Westminster Place is located on the Long Community at Highland campus and provides convenient access to a variety of recreational, educational, healthcare, shopping, and cultural activities in the Lancaster area. Utilities including water, sewer, trash, and all electric heating and air conditioning are included in rent at no extra charge.

The community serves qualifying moderate- to low-income seniors, with income guidelines established at below 60 percent Area Median Income. Housing Choice Vouchers and VASH vouchers are accepted. Language assistance is available upon request.
