Nice rehab facility. Seemed to be nicely staffed for a rehab unit. My mother in law did exceptionally well there. Thank you so much.

I moved my mother into Brethren Village – Personal Care in Village Manor about seven months ago, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. My mom has two major health conditions that are well controlled, but she does require additional support. When she first moved in, she chose a room far from the common areas and staff office and wasn’t engaging much. The staff noticed and proactively came to me with a thoughtful recommendation to move her closer to the center of activity — and it made a world of difference. The staff here is truly exceptional. There are so many familiar faces who greet her warmly, know her routines and personal habits, and support her where needed while still allowing her to maintain independence where she can. They strike that balance perfectly. What I didn’t realize at first is just how many services they provide. They help manage her doctor appointments, coordinate transportation for a very small fee, communicate with her doctors, manage lab work, and so much more. These services have made our lives exponentially easier. Over time, my mom has developed a healthy routine — meals on a schedule, medication on a routine, and daily structure that has made her noticeably happier and more vibrant. They offer activities and actively encourage residents to participate. With her cognitive challenges, I was worried she wouldn’t be able to navigate everything on her own — but there is always a friendly face ready to guide her wherever she needs to go. As a busy working professional, caring for my mom on my own for a year was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Making the decision to move her into personal care was scary — but choosing Brethren Village has been an absolute blessing. The facility is impeccably clean. Her room is cleaned, her laundry is done, and the dining options are wonderful. They even have a bistro where we can enjoy meals together — it feels like a food court — and it’s very affordable, which allows us to spend quality time together without having to go out. I am beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism of the entire Brethren Village team. They’ve given my mom a better life and given me peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend.

Please be aware of signing a residential living agreement with Brethren Village in Lititz,PA. Our father, who lived 8 years there in a studio apartment passed away March 9th 2025. Because his apartment has not been reoccupied for 6 months, BV is not refunding his 80,000 deposit to the estate until someone moves into the space. We cannot close his estate until this is resolved. BV has not been very cooperative with us or our attorneys.
