Just don't. The night staff literally doesn't care about the patients at all. My mom was recovering from broken hip/replacement and couldn't move on her own. She asked for help to get up and go to the bathroom time and time again and they left her in bed all night long multiple nights despite filing a complaint. Never again. The place is not very clean and smells awful. I could say more but you get it.

NASTY! They have residents laying in bed covered in filth. They are understaffed due to unsafe patient ratios and the management team does not care. They deserve 0 stars!

They were very good to my Father in law He was always clean he got a bath every day whether he wanted one or not. His room was cleaned every day. The staff in 100 room section was great they treated him like family and in the end of life care they took great care of our family

If I could give no stars I would. My husband's great grandmother went for respite and they stole all her narcotics and called the day before she was to be sent home and said we didn't send any when we sent all her medication. She was not changed regularly. They didn't bother to cut up her foods or feed her soft foods and she has had a stroke. She was never gotten out of bed. If she pushed her button needing to use the bathroom they told her to hush that they had other people to deal with and that it wasn't her time to be changed. This place needs shut down asap.
