My caregiver is wonderful and we get along so well. I actually look forward to the days that she comes to my house. Briana is the best caregiver I have ever had. I also like the fact that senior helpers calls and checks up me as well. But my caregiver actually works at the Knoxville office.

Senior helpers was amazing to work with from the first person we spoke with Ryan he helped us set up care givers for my mother. He made the process so easy and streamlined. We had amazing caregivers. Kelley was the best caregiver anyone could ask for during such a difficult time. She is so caring, compassionate, and puts everyone at ease. She made a difficult time in our lives easy to endure. Senior Helpers has my highest respect! I have been associated with senior healthcare for 38 plus years as a physical therapist, nursing home administrator, and executive director of senior living care communities. I now spend my days helping seniors and their families navigate the complexities of aging. One of my clients was not receiving the personal home care services - as was promised by another company. Their service was disappointing and unacceptable. I promptly called Ryan Crawford with Senior Helpers. I have been associated with Senior Helpers in Knoxville, Tennessee for over two years and have been thoroughly satisfied with everything that have offered and done for me in all aspects of my life...The staff has been gracious and understanding what I needed since day 1 and have provided me with the care and support I need. The caregivers I have now have gone above and beyond what I expected. I have two professional care givers and both are very exceptional with their care and concern for me. I don't know what I would have done if not for the care I receive from Senior Helpers, or as I call them Senior Friends, because I consider them more than just Helpers, they are Friends. I have a Care Giver that has enormously assisted me with Medication Management of my daily medications, transported me to various medical appointments, gone to doctor's appointments with me and translated what the doctor has told me and relayed any concerns I may have to the doctors and assisted me with daily living needs and requirements that I have. She has set me up and assisted in my daily technological requirements, setting up my computer, assisting in ordering items I need, helping me organize my belongings as well as setting up my telephone to better be able to communicate, cleaning and dusting my room, providing my bird feeders with the bird seeds. The other Care Giver comes in the evening and assists me in showering and wellness needs that I have on a daily basis. I cannot imagine what kind of shape I would be in if not for the Care Givers that help me daily. I have family members that come from out of state to check on my progress and they are impressed with the Care and concern that Senior Helpers provides and it makes it easier for them to go back home after their visits. The office staff is very concerned about my well being as well, always willing to solve any issues that may arise on a daily basis at any time. I try not to bother the office very much, since the Care Givers can handle any questions that I have, and always have the proper response. Overall, my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive and I would absolutely recommend Senior Helpers to anyone that is searching for companionship and care for themselves or family members and friends that are reaching out for someone that can meet their needs.
