My dad recently experienced a fall and spent a week at Lyonsview. Throughout his stay, every staff member we encountered treated him and our family with exceptional kindness, compassion, and care. Their professionalism and genuine concern made a difficult time much easier for all of us. We are truly grateful for the support and attention they provided, and we deeply appreciate the positive impact they had on my dad's recovery and our family's experience.

I will never use this facility again. My almost 100 year old mother was there for almost 3 weeks. They take forever to answer call buttons. Mom got the worst and most painful rash from them taking forever to change her incontinence underwear (diapers). It was 50/50 on the friendliest and most helpful CNAs. The night staff was much better than the day staff. None of the staff seemed to share information with each other. The nurses, CNAs and office personnel had no idea what each other knew or did. And forget about them answering your phone calls or returning them. Communication is non existent. You will need to follow up and visit daily to make sure the person staying there is being taken care of. The one good thing was her Physical Therapist, Adel. He was awesome, took very good care of mom and kept us informed of all he did and of her progress.

lyons View is a awesome place. They have staff that cares about each resident faithfully. I would highly recommend this facility to whom ever for proper care of there love ones. The administration staff is amazing!!!!!!

My Dad was placed here after discharge from Tennova hospital. My experience with this place was so negative that I had to wait many months before writing my review just to cool down. At the outset, my Dad was placed in a room with two other people crowded in, blocked by a curtain, so he couldn't see the TV or have any social interaction. On top of being overcrowded, the room was sweltering hot. After appealing to the admissions director, I was able to get him moved. But care throughout his several week stay was substandard and understaffed. Nurses from shift to shift did not understand his case details. Moreover, the halls were consistently crowded with residents left to sit all day in their wheelchairs. When my Dad passed away, I received a terse phone call from the duty nurse that morning simply telling me, "He expired." This total lack of care and empathy was the perfect summation of the awful care here. Avoid this facility at all costs.

I’m a CNA and have been for 46 years, I have just been informed that my 1/2 sister is now a resident there. After reviewing the reviews i cans say I feel confident that she is in the best place. I will be coming to visit her( I live 7 and a half hours away) but I believe she is in the best place for her wellbeing and will be given the utmost care! I love you sis❤️
