My husband was admitted here after a very trying time in our lives ( he had just had an above the knee amputation) I was very skeptical because I read some really bad reviews on here, and the building wasn't fancy but I can tell you I would recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The administrator was just awesome! They knew I was upset because I lived so far away. They got him transferred to a sister facility closer to me very quick. I thank you all for the great care that you gave him.

My mom was at The Waters and had a really good experience. Ronnie and his team in the physical therapy did a great job with mom. She was very happy with the staff and Ashley during her stay

My grandma was admitted here a while back for rehab. The therapy department was fantastic during her stay. She has nothing but good things to say about the nurses, the activity department, and how grateful she is to be able to walk again. Thanks to this facility she was able to regain her independence.

The food at this facility is not fit for a dog ! Residents are neglected , fights occur in the so called "memory care " unit . They do not do anything out of the ordinary for these residents . They are locked up like prisoners . The real nice courtyard is off limits to this unit , even though it is fenced in and secure . Some of them are not allowed to use the phone , I have seen their requests to see the social worker or business manager , ignored. No dental hygiene, rarely a haircut . They put my family member to bed at night in dirty clothes , even though I provide adequate clothing and pj's .

I want to say, this was the best nursing home I could have chosen for my mom. The staff was amazing, and they always kept me informed. They loved my mom as she was family, and I enjoyed watching the other relationships they built with the other residents. They are truly amazing. Thank you all so much for everything.
