Archway management Company who is sublease to run these kitchens are taking advantage of these accounts. The PPD’s are Ridiculously low and it is impossible to meet the residence nutritional value with the budget that is given. Their partnered with Martin Brothers and they go these accounts.

We were very disappointed in the care my brother-in-law received at this facility. Every single time I visited him he was soaking wet through double (they put on two) pairs of adult underwear, his sheets and the pad underneath. There’s much more that I would like to add to this list but I will leave it with saying he had less than average care.

I would never recommend anyone to have a loved one stay here. This place is in terrible condition, majority of the staff do NOT care about the residents staying here and are so rude to them. What’s really laughable is that staff was asked to leave a 5 star review on here for a bonus.

My daughter and I love the Trunk or Treat event, it seems to be better every year! And I love to keep up with the residents' activities on the Facebook page. They seem to really have fun. I also appreciate the rehabilitative care a dear friend received there a couple of years ago. She had great things to say about the care she received.

Excellent community partner! The Waters of Lebanon is so supportive of BCSSI and stepped up their sponsorship for our Olympics this year … not to mention their outstanding spirit by the residents!!
