Visiting Angels Towson provided the highest level of service and care for my dad. Our caregiver, Dennice, was excellent. Caring, punctual, compassionate, patient….I can’t say enough. The staff was available, responsive and provided excellent customer service and communication. I highly recommend this exceptional group.

Visiting Angels cared for my my grandmother for several years. Care began as part-time and progressed to 24/7 care as her dementia progressed. The caregivers were all invested in my grandmother's health and wellbeing, showed great compassion, and treated her like family. Office staff was very pleasant to work with, professional, and handled scheduling well!

Everything about taking care of a sick elderly parent is so hard, but Kathy and Visiting Angels made the home care portion really easy, even as our needs changed. They was able to get someone wonderful working at our home within days of my first call - which was incredible. The caregivers we dealt with were loving, experienced, and professional and the customer service was really top notch. We transitioned from a live in nurse to round the clock care during hospice - and they were quick and supportive as our needs changed. I always felt supported and that the care was always good. Highly recommend.

I had a companion several mornings a week through Visiting Angels for my husband who has dementia. Later I added care in the evening. Kathy was great helping us find the right match for my husband. If we needed to change the schedule, we could. During the snowstorm a couple of days the companions couldn't get here and Kathy always called to see if we needed a substitute. My husband was not easy to work with but the companions always did their best and never lost patience with him. Zeek was reliable and great at knowing how to work with my husband. We used VA for 6 months, and I would use them again. I always got a detailed invoice and making payments was easy. 5 stars to Visiting Angels. ~Tammy

Visiting Angels has been absolutely fantastic. They are compassionate and very helpful. They have help me with getting in and out of the shower, cleaning, wash, and meal preparation. They drove me to the doctor office and grocery store. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the 1 person that came out was horrible and in honesty scary. After 15 minutes I asked her to leave. She told me that she was on the phone with her boss, which I didn’t believe so I told her I would call the office after she left, which I did do. They were very understanding and signed me up with another care giver who was fantastic. I will definitely use them again if I need there assistance.
