Searching for the right place for your loved one can be very difficult and overwhelming but I must say, Bianca at Charter Senior Living of Towson takes her time with you. The personalized experience that Bianca gave was a chef's kiss and she is truly a gem. Not only was she knowledgeable about her facility but she also provided me with resourceful information that would benefit my father, such as Veteran's assistance among other things. Bianca even sent me a personalized email that included a video of her talking about our meeting and my father. It made me feel that she truly cared about my father's well-being and for that, Charter Senior Living of Towson will have a warm spot in my heart. Thank you Bianca for all that you do for the Senior population and their families!

I was looking for either assisted living or memory care for a loved one and went to Charter Senior Living twice - for tours of both their assisted living and, later, their memory care areas. Charter has a very professional, caring staff. I was treated warmly by everyone I met. I was all ready to go there but there were no vacancies when I was ready to move my family member. But I would not hesitate to have a loved one in this facility.

I'd like to share a few words about my experience with Charter Senior Living of Towson.<br><br>My mother moved to Charter in September 2024. She was 99+ at that time. Although transitioning from her own home wasn't easy, she adjusted to her new life and has celebrated two more birthdays!<br><br>Charter is a lovely, well managed, smaller facility and has more of a "family" feel than one might find at a larger place. I see how hard all of the staff work to take care of the residents and that they strive to provide kindness and dignity with every interaction.<br><br>Charter also does a super job with the practical things like housekeeping, maintenance, dining, activities, medication delivery and more.<br><br>There's no doubt that providing quality senior care is extremely challenging and that everyone has different expectations. Mom and I give Charter high marks and we're very happy to have found them!

Update: Over a year later, we are still very grateful for all the staff at Charter. As our loved one has progressed from assisted living to memory care, all the team has continued to be incredibly warm, supportive, knowledgeable, and attentive.<br><br>We love Charter Senior Living of Towson! Our loved one moved in a few weeks ago, and the CSL team has been welcoming, caring, and supportive. They’ve created an inclusive homelike atmosphere where the residents and their families feel comfortable and valued. One thing in particular I really appreciated is that the team immediately adopted a suggestion I made for an activity that our loved one might enjoy. Caring for our loved one together feels like a real partnership with the CSL team.
