My family member has been a resident at this nursing home, and our family has been very pleased with the care she receives. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and treats her with dignity and respect. Communication with family members is excellent—they keep us informed and are always willing to answer questions or address concerns. One of the things we appreciate most is the variety of activities offered. There are always engaging programs and events that keep residents active, social, and involved. It is comforting to know that my mother is not only well cared for but also has opportunities to enjoy herself and connect with others. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work. We truly appreciate everything you do for the residents and their families.

Everyone at Orchard Hill was wonderful. I feel and see the improvement from day 1 till today and I am so happy and amazed. All of the staff from nursing to administration to housekeeping and dietary. I really liked the food here, it was better than the hospital thank goodness. Thank you all for all that you do and have done for me. If I ever need long term services, I would come to Orchard.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I recently had the opportunity to spend some time at Orchard Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, and overall it left a positive impression. From what I observed, the staff seemed attentive and respectful when interacting with residents. The nurses and aides were patient and took time to help residents with their needs, which created a calm and supportive environment. The rehabilitation team also appeared very engaged with the residents during therapy sessions. They encouraged participation and worked closely with individuals to help them improve their strength and mobility. It was clear they were focused on helping residents make progress. The facility itself looked clean and well maintained. Common areas were organized and there seemed to be activities available to keep residents engaged throughout the day. The atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. While things did seem busy at times, the staff handled it well and remained courteous. Overall, from what I witnessed, Orchard Hill appears to be a place where residents receive attentive care and support during their rehabilitation.

Prior to coming to Orchard Hill, I was at another facility where I developed an infection in my leg. I was hospitalized, and from the hospital I made the decision to come to Orchard Hill for my recovery. I truly could not have chosen a better place. From the moment I arrived, everyone here was excellent. When I came into the facility, I had a wound VAC and was dealing with a serious infection. Today, the wound VAC is off, the infection is completely clear, and my wound has fully healed. When I first started therapy, I could only stand on one leg. Ms. Sandy was a tremendous help from day one. She told me that she was going to get me out of here, and she worked with me every step of the way. She even gave me helpful pointers on how to stay strong and continue improving after my discharge. Both Sandy and Matthew were outstanding and very supportive throughout my therapy. My roommate was also great, which helped make my stay more comfortable. Although there is no place like home, Orchard Hill truly made me feel comfortable and cared for during my time here. Before coming into the facility, I was unable to transfer or walk. Thanks to the therapy team, especially Sandy and Matthew, I am now able to do both. I have even been fitted for my prosthetic leg, which I am expected to receive after I discharge from the facility this week. I would also like to recognize my GNA, Robin. She truly makes me feel welcome and at home. There is never a dull moment when she is working. If you are feeling down, she has a way of lifting your spirits and making your day better. She is a wonderful person, and I appreciate everything she has done for me. I am very grateful for the care and support I received at Orchard Hill.

Valarie the social worker was great. The aids here were all exceptional. Sandy in OT, Aquilla in OT, Lydia the therapy director were all a breath of fresh air as well as Mathew in PT. RiQuel the Concierge was hands down the best! She always came around at the perfect time. She made sure to always close out whatever my concerns were and she did the small tidiuos tasks for me with no problem. Orchard was a great experience and I'm thankful I was able to come here.
