I would like to thank all the incredible and loving caregivers at the Village house nursing home for their years of care for my mom, Elizabeth Gregson. She was loved by the staff and considered them as part of her family.

Patients do not get their clothes after washing. Personal items, like throws for the bed ,have been stolen. Patient has to wait for meds, bathroom. Staff can be disinterested in the patients. Grumpy and snapping back when a question is asked. I'm referring to dementia unit. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They have dementia but still deserve respect, kindness, patience and support.

I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to adequately describe the wonder of The Village House. You experience the warmth of the facility as soon as you enter and it expands from there. The staff is exceptional. They are competent, friendly, accepting and supportive in every way possible. My relative was VERY reluctant to give up his independence and enter a facility. When he entered The Village House he was embraced by people who understood him, accepted him as he was and treated him with the respect and kindness he needed to feel comfortable. Within a veery short period of time he was at HOME, spending his days just as he wanted and feeling as independent as possible.<br>It is truly an extraordinary care giving center.

This is an absolutely horrid place. The greeter is a woman with very short black hair and she is exceedingly rude and hostile. I've never been greeted so horribly at an institution. She should be fired. She clearly hates her job and should not be in a customer service setting. My parent has many complaints about the place. We will never go back there again and we will eagerly spread the word to people that this is the worst place to send your loved one.
