Helen has been a great advocate and advisor for both myself and my elderly mother who was in the process of selecting and planning a move to an assisted-living facility. Since I live a few states away, she was very helpful in helping my mother choose a place and provided encouragement, reassurance, guidance and support as she navigated through the daunting and overwhelming process of leaving her home of 40 years when I wasn’t able to be there. My mother appreciated her warmth and understanding of her concerns during a difficult and scary time.
