This is one of the worst agencies that I have dealt with my mother Bing without services for 4 days. And they gave him me the run around. That telling me that this one is on vacation that they don't have no replacements and to me. That sounds like a big fat red flag that they don't have enough stuff and then do people that they do have are no good-for-nothing. I had an aide come to my mother's house. Because her regular a was on vacation and this girl was facetime in someone everyday for the 14 weeks that she was there. I let the coordinator know. Nobody did nothing about it until I told them to take a out of the case. Cause I did not want someone that would just sit in around like that's their home talking on the phone all day for the six hours that she was there.
