Verena gives a good impression of the facility when you are touring it, but the management and staff leave a lot to be desired. The restaurant staff is inadequate and often gets orders wrong and have missing items, while the restaurant hours are very limited (no orders after 5:30?!?!). The maintenance of the facility is questionable and lacks urgency to fix much needed repairs (the elevator has been broken for 4 months!). I regret moving to Verena and will be leaving once my lease is over.

We appreciate it Katie‘s help and insight so much. She was a wealth of information, but more importantly she was kind and considerate of our needs. She truly showed that our needs was more important than making a sale, and she gave us great guidance in making the best decision for our family.

I've never seen anything like it. People here are nice and the people who showed us around were awesome. If you want peace and happiness you need to move here. I've been to a lot of places and this is the best. If I could give it a 1-20 I'd give them 100. Move here now. I don't even want to leave from this tour. I wanna stay. I can't say enough about the staff and the cleanliness of everything. There are a lot of places you could be but where you need to be is here.
