This place is DISGUSTING, never again is my mother staying here ! I was in the middle of doing her laundry & there was a dead RAT inside my mothers shoe. The employees are so unprofessional, every time I visit , my mother looked awful, they truly don’t take care of anyone here! They gave my mother the wrong medication. The employees don’t do their job , they’re always on their phone. They’re always gossiping in the nursing station and overheard them talking bad about employees. This place is a JOKE.Tried to bring to someone’s attention but there also isn’t responsible management here. NASTY place !

If I could give them zero stars I would... NEVER GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!! CLOSE THIS PLACE This place is horrible and always understaffed and staffed with irresponsible people that don’t seem to like their job Administration and management is terrible because nothing is done about these situations My father is rarely attended to and sad about the care they give here When I went to visit him, I saw a mice going from one room to another and realized there are mice traps all over the place My father told me, they’re all over the place especially at night !!!!! That is disgusting and is not safe for our loved ones !!! CLOSE THIS PLACE!!!

I was disappointed to see that there are no handicapped door buttons on the front door of the facility. I have limited strength and mobility in my hands and had a hard time opening the door. The placement of handicapped door buttons would be a welcome addition to those of us who rely on them.

My mom was in rehab here for a week. She digressed until I took her home. She was left in a chair in her room all day and could only get a recliner by doctors orders. No social interaction. She received minimal care and I would never let her go back there. It took 6 days before I could meet with a case worker to discuss her care plan. A few caring workers but as a whole, understaffed and uncaring. DO NOT GO THERE!

This place has really deteriorated in the last few years. My father first stayed here summer of 2011 and it was fine. He was back last December and we were really disappointed at the poor care, especially from the Dr. in charge. My father just had another stay and his care was so mismanaged he almost died. Unless you can be there *every day* to keep tab on care, try to find somewhere else for your loved one.
