The facility is very nice. It has such a welcoming and at home feeling. All the staff are very nice.

I work at New Castle Nursing & Rehab and have walked over to The Oaks a hand full of times and can honestly say it is a very pretty place. The staff is always so nice and friendly , as well as the residents.
