Pretty nice place to live. They keep raising the rent.Having trouble getting the windows washed after 4 years.got the windows done. This place sucks. Waiting for new dishwasher that went bonkers 6 weeks ago. New one came in Wednesday, supposed to be put in today. Brian was a no show. It is always excuses.

Joseph was amazing! He was personable and was able to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t believe it when we asked him how long he’d worked at SHAG he said only two months. He said hello to the residence we passed and knew them by name. I can’t think of anything he could’ve done better. Great job, Joseph! Lori

Trinity has been so nice with my mom’s transition into the community. She guided my mom through the relocation packet with King County, the Notice to Vacate Paperwork, and application documents that are required for Shag. It made the process so easy and worry-free. We will be gifting her something special. Trinity is a gem, thank you for all you do.

I give Trinity Davis high praise because she's patient and helpful. You can't go wrong with her by your side throughout the process. She has gone above and beyond with me in getting paperwork and thoroughly explaining things out. It was not easy but she made me feel that I wasn't alone. Thank you Trinity!
