I moved in recently and have been really impressed by how friendly, helpful, and happy everyone who lives and works here is. Tasha and Gelli in the office have done everything they could and beyond to help me with the application process and in making sure that everything in my new apartment was taken care of. The other tenants and other staff members I’ve met have also been welcoming and very helpful showing me where everything is and explaining how to do things in the building. I’m looking forward to the many services they provide and am glad I moved here.

The staff here are so helpful and kind! The office managers, Tasha and Gelli, have helped me navigate WA TERRACE and thoroughly answered all my questions. And the maintenance crew, Danny and Robin, keep the building and grounds pristine.

Washington Terrace review This complex is conveniently located at the edge of the International District, walking distance to Pioneer Square and downtown. Public transportation is easily accessed nearby. But be prepared for the steep hilly terrain. The units have surprisingly large closets, bathrooms, and kitchen storage. Large windows let in lots of light. Some units have a nearly panoramic view of downtown. Top notch staff. Managers are always friendly and accommodating, maintenance staff member Danny has been terrifically helpful, and the building engineer Robin went out of his way to resolve a challenging issue recently. There are plenty of opportunities for social engagement for those so inclined. The rooftop garden is a popular gathering space. A weekly food bank staffed by volunteers offers a wide range of high quality fresh produce, baked goods, and frozen items. Game nights, holiday gatherings, or movie viewings are provided for residents throughout the year. Overall, a convenient, friendly, and affordable community for older adults.
