ComForCare exceeded all expectations. They selected a care giver named Chandra (AKA Chan) who was excellent in taking care of my wife with dementia. In nine months Chan was going to miss a day and ComForCare said they had a susstitute for that one day. I said fine and she was also very good, Great overall service!!

I am in process of securing in-home care for a spouse, having some complications in figuring out needs and timing. Scott Collins spoke with me in depth offering several suggestions to solve some of my extra problems even without a commitment from me to use ComForCare. He sent me some contact info for other help, as well. We scheduled a future telephone call at my convenience. I appreciate his good suggestions and contacts that will help me here, even if I don't sign a contract. I would encourage anyone to at least inquire about ComForCare. You won't get an unwelcome sales pitch; rather helpful information and the sense that someone understands, cares and will help you. Beth D.

We first started using ComforCare as Respite for my Mom who was caring for my Dad who has Alzheimers. The aid would come once a week to hang out with Dad to give mom a break. The aids were kind and thoughtful. On days they did not show, ComforCare was on top of it to find a backup person. Their administrative team is very responsive. As Dad's Alzheimers progressed so did our need for additional help. ComforCare came through for us in a pinch when we needed 1:1 care right away. The aids that spent time with Dad showed respect, compassion and kindness. Anytime I had a question or concern I knew it would be heard with understanding and motivation to help.

Update to my Aug review. We have worked with ComforCare since June. I can only say they have been Outstanding! T There are numerous examples. I will site a few. Once the care plan was put in place, we needed to make some adjustments and I contacted Scott and Ashley. Within a few moments, we had a conference call. The changes were made and seamlessly implemented. When introducing a new caregiver, Scott went with the caregiver stayed the entire time making sure the transition to a new person went smoothly for my mother. When my mother needed to see a physician in the neighborhood and I wasn't available, Scott walked my mother to her appointment and stayed the entire time and walked her back. As soon as able, he sent me a summary of the appointment. My mother looks forward to the caregiver spending time with her because Ashley and Scott provide games for the caregiver to play with her so the time is fully utilized to keep her mentally engaged. As I said, these are just a few of the examples. Do Not hesitate to hire ComforCare your loved one they will be in good hands!
