My mom lives here and it’s a nightmare for her and myself. I worry about her all the time. All the poor reviews are true. It’s a high crime area and my mom is afraid to go out after 8pm. But it doesn’t end there. She’s being harassed by a male occupant that constantly knocks on her door demanding to be given free supplies. I was on the phone with her and heard the interaction once. He was aggressive, yelling, demanding toilet paper. She told him no, on the phone, go away. He wouldn’t take no as an answer. She finally opened the door and gave him the toilet paper so he would go away. He then asked for other things, including chocolate. She’s being harassed and stalked in her home. It’s stressful and heartbreaking seeing her afraid. She’s told me that others have reported him and nothing happens so she won’t report him. She’s afraid of retaliation. Management knows this aggressive man is a problem yet they do nothing. He lives on the 3rd floor of the building that the office is located in. I’m not writing this review to warn others. I’m writing this review for documentation of a known problem. If anything happens to my mom, I will ensure that a criminal investigation happens AND I’ll be suing this worthless management team for leaving elderly women at risk from this aggressive man. Enough is enough. You know who he is. Get him out!

I visited Auburn court senior apts in Auburn, I liked the unit and the price, I did some research on the area and checked the reviews on Google, I spoke to a resident their she informed me that the place was not safe for a senior, from car break ins to car theft and drug use at night. I brought this up to the skull full of mush I was speaking with, she dismissed my concerns as if I was making it up, its obvious that management their could care less about their tennents, i declined to lease their.
