Absolutely appreciate the dedication, initiative and support of Ashleigh Ekstrom (receptionist) with assisting in schedule changes/management. Not only super pleasant to speak with, but she is always on top of things and returns calls beyond quickly/efficiently ! Thank you Ashleigh!

Mom's caregiver Andi was very patient, diligent, and accommodating, especially when several members of the family descended coincidentally on Mom's home all at once July 3. Andi was gracious to all of us who, no doubt, kept asking the same question about Mom's care. She seems truly invested in her clients' welfare.

We had to seek home health for my mother-in-law who was at our home on Hospice. She was initially given 2 weeks to live which stretched on to over 8 months which led us to choose an overnight caregiver to give us some precious sleep time. A social worker recommended to call Right at Home since we really had no idea how to go about hiring someone. From the first meeting with Leah, our anxiety eased. Her professionalism and kindness helped us at a time when we really needed that extra TLC. The agency sent us a lovely caregiver, Tina, who came 4 nights a week for 8 months until my MIL passed. Her presence was a consistent reminder that we could rest and recoup our energy. The communication between Right at Home was always professional and timely and we didn't have any billing issues. It was all around a positive experience and I would highly recommend referring them as I feel they were professional, kind, and efficient.
