I love living in downtown Kent, everything is nearby, convenient to still enjoy life. I can walk to the Senior Center, the movie theater, the library, and so much more.<br><br>The management team, Rose and Hollie, at Titus Village are the best, they listen, they help and they accept when we are not happy. Not everything is in their control. I use the onsite gym a lot, and I want the vendor to turn on the facilities A/C. Management is asking, vendor is at fault, I am not happy.<br><br>Maintenance needs are addressed asap, and Kent does it all with a smile and kindness, he is a true gem. Lina and Meridi keep the buildings clean, clean, clean. Our bus driven by Steve goes to so many places, don't have a car, don't worry. Let Steve get you to the stores, etc. I truly appreciate all the staff.<br><br>The city of Kent is nestled in the valley but from here, you can enjoy the great Pacific Northwest. It is tough having to downsize, move, go to a new place, no one likes it, but if your life is changing, move here with confidence. I have lived here over five years, and it is safe, comfortable and a perfect location.

I completed my leasing application for Titus Village over the phone with Hollie Swanson. I did it over the phone because I'm currently living in North Carolina and plan on moving back to Washington State. I researched the best affordable housing for seniors and found SHAG. Hollie was a pleasure to talk with while completing the application. She answered my questions and helped through the application process. Our conversation was more than just business in completing the "paperwork". I feel I made a personal connection with her and I'm looking forward to meeting her. Hollie shared some of the assistance available to residents if needed. I would definitely recommend Titus Village to anyone looking for affordable senior housing based on my interaction with Hollie.

I have been a tenant here at Titus Village for six years now. I would like to give unending praise to our Awesome manager Rose and her staff Holly for their dedication, hard work, commitment and honest concern and care about all of us !!!!! Rose is the most humble,loyal and caring person I’ve ever met !!! And Holly has added an incredible sense of respect, and she has an amazing uplifting spirit that just makes me smile and proud to say I live here !!!
