This is place is the single most dirtiest disgusting place, I was just there for 3 days and could never find a nurse or any staff for that matter, a supervisor cause a fight between me and 2 other clients, I was told that I was responsible for moving another clients commode off the toilet that was covered in feces, they allow the people from the mental health and 3rd floor to wonder around the first floor, a transgender patient was allowed to go around with nothing but a jacket covering on their boots and a jacket covering the genetails, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE NOT ONLY IS IT A HEALTH HAZARD BUT THEY WILL HARDLY RECIEVE CARE!!! I dont understand how the state hasn't shut this place down there is literal black mold in the shower room, my roommate was higher than a kite lips turning blue and the supervisor said shes fine and they looked at her that one time the client went out of the room she was brought back in the nurse said she wanted to go to sleep and was left in her bed for the next 5 hours with not a single nurse coming to check her THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

CNA's don't like helping patients. The nurses are ok most times. The only ones working hard are the maintenance workers and rehabilitation people. You can't give a hug or kiss to your visitors when they come see you. They make you sit 10 feet away from each other. The staff are rude to your visitors. Even in prison you can give a hug and a kiss at the beginning and end of your visit. Don't send your loved ones here. If you press the call button no one comes till an hour or so later. You could be having a heart attack, and they won't know since they don't bother coming. Till they are good and ready.

Please don’t place your love ones in this facility!!! They don’t care…place is dirty, smell like rat, my Mom’s bed was broken when I got there is when they chance it cause I noticed and I complaint about it. The food is horrible, it made my Mom throw up. The photos that appear on the Website is nothing compare of what it actually looks like now. FACILITY needs REMOLDING and new Employees that actually care for their patients. Not all Employees are bad but most don’t care…. New as of 10/24/23 My Mother was discharged on 10/19/23…I wanna thanks the RN MARCELLA and a Jamaican RN lady awesome. These two RN do cared for their patients. They very friendly, caring and kind. I loved them! The Social Worker ASHLEY horrible! First she send my Mother referral for my Mom’s Nurse to start giving my Mom her medications again, to the wrong department. My Mom Nurse, the Supervisor and myself called her a few times and she’s still didn’t send the referral. She doesn’t returns phone calls. It took my Mom’s Nurse to showed up at Trinity on 10/24/23 for her to do her damn job. What Ashamed! It took an outsider for her to do her job, how horrible is that. My Mom’s health is very important to me! Please, Please don’t place your love ones in this place….i posted photos the place is disgusting and needs to be remodel. No A/C they have fans. The TV’s are shared, they take a TV from one patient room to give it to another patient. The equipments if you don’t be alert they will take the medical equipment (wheelchairs, walkers) to give it to another patient…This place is No Good!!!!! Trust me! Blessings 🙏🏾

My mother was there for 2 weeks. I’m Diana Garcia, using my son email as I can only write one review. This place is not good place. Most of the CNA don’t cared. The RN MARCELLA very nice person, she does cared for her patients and another Jamaican RN awesome. These 2 Register Nurse do their job and they are very kind, friendly and caring for their patients. My Mom was discharged on 10/19/23. The Social Worker, ASHLEY she’s a young lady Horrible! She don’t do her job. Don’t call you back. First she send the referral to the wrong department so my mom nurse couldn’t give my Mom her medications due to her mistake. The Nurse, the Supervisor and myself called her few times so she could send the referral to the correct department. And she still didn’t send it, It took my Mom’s Nurse to go to Trinity Health on 10/24/23 for the Social Worker “ASHLEY” to do her job. A simple referral send to the correct department. How horrible this is, it took an outsider to have her do her job. SMH please don’t place your love in this place. Blessings 🙏🏼
