It is a clean place to live best choice we made management was better back 4 years ago when we first rented As far as maintenance fixing things in a correct timely manner most of the time I give them 2 stars. I fund one p34son makes excuses for the other around h e re around getting things done even emergencies at least for us. We get put on the back burner everything whether it's from the mananagement office or the maintenance office. The new maintenance supervisor is very slow at getting things done we notice. We dint even have working smoke detetectors.

The place looks very well kept and comforting but the management is terrible they are very rude and heartless when it comes to your loved ones passing why would you rush a grieving family out without any warning or sympathy they will lock you out and try to keep you from get their belongings, if one if their loved one passes I hope they don't get to deal with anyone like the management personnel here.

I live here and this was the Worse choice I made. For this type of housing they supposed to supply elderly and disabled tenants with air conditioning. Also I had to learn to do my own extermination. They don't spray for bugs anymore nor do they give out glue traps. I had to do all.. by myself. They have sprinklers set up to spray your windows so you don't even feel comfortable to put in your own air conditioner if you even wanted to unless you don't mind it get ruined. They even allow others to throw all kinds of garbage etc under your bedroom window/ patio and do nothing about it. April ( property manager ) even lied on me last year saying I was feeding the squirrels. This place is also Full of Rules and Cannot do's.

I love the elegant and professionally managed property landscape, gazebo, and buildings. This elderly housing community gives it's tenants the best services they need and the management personal are highly trained professionals who genuinely care for all their tenants needs. Thank you all Shepherds Park Staff and management team for making this a beautiful place to call my home.
