This place definitely needs more nurses and Staffing with the amount of people that's in that building, but on Tuesday April 21 just 2 days ago a lady by the name of Kim an LPN add spent a lot of time explaining things to us as a family, while our dad was in hospice as we watched our father passed away that evening. She was very kind and gave her dad medicine as he needed it for pain and helped us to understand what was going on through the different Cycles it was absolutely amazing it made me feel so comfortable.

I’ve called the facility multiple times now asking for the DON. I never speak to her. The ADON always takes my calls and is super helpful with what I need but I don’t understand why the DON can never communicate with me. Whoever answers the phone tells me she’s in the building or they’re unsure if she’s even working that day. What a sad excuse for a boss, doesn’t take phone calls and their own staff can’t rely on her being there.

The nurse director here is not nice. She has no bedside manner. Talks rudely to family members when you’re actually able to reach her.

Timbercreek may be a facility facing real challenges — the building is clearly in need of significant updates and repairs. It’s an aging structure that would truly benefit from a complete overhaul. But what Timbercreek may lack in its physical condition, it more than makes up for in heart. The people who choose to show up and care for residents there, day in and day out, are nothing short of extraordinary. I am forever grateful to the dedicated nurses, aides, and especially the incredible Social Director, Sara, who poured so much love, time, and compassion into caring for my Dad. I can’t say enough about Sara. She is a constant bright light — always smiling, always positive, and one of the most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. My Dad adored her. He would call me and talk about his visits to Sara — how she always made time for him, whether he needed something or just wanted to say hello. He’d proudly tell me how “Sara takes care of business,” and she truly did. She treated him with the utmost dignity, respect, and warmth. Sara was with my Dad all the way to his final breath. That kind of presence is something you never forget. To me, she’s not just the social director — she’s family now. Sara, you have a home in Florida anytime you want to visit — truly. To the entire Timbercreek staff: thank you for doing your best and for showing my Daddy such love and care. It means the world to me.

So far I have no issues with Timbercreek. My brother-in-law is there. I have never noticed a bad smell of any kind. The staff is extremely kind, courteous, helpful, and call me if there is ever an issue.
