I’ve personally witnessed that this a nice place. The nurses are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile. The CNAs treat the patients like their own family, and administration team is always there to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.💯

The staff there is good with the residents, the care they give is how I would want my family taken care of. The staff make sure the residents looks good and presentable. I can say they have a solid group of staff that actually cares. Thanks for all you do.

From the get go, things were just not organized. Being the husband to the wife in rehabilitation. Flagler would call me when a week was already gone to collect my insurance information. Why wasn’t this done prior. I called insurance after that to find out they hadn’t even put a claim in yet and Flagler was already wanting $7000 out of pocket, when they had agreed to $4000 at the start of all of this but how do they determine out of pocket when Flagler hadn’t even talk to insurance on the claim. Flagler employees Kyle was able to change that amount in minutes after my rant. I have sent emails with no response as my wife had called and I was at work and missed the call, she was upset. I sent an email to Dean to explain and nothing back. This place seems like it is more worried about profit than helping people. The only time I heard from them was for insurance and out of pocket. You can do better! Red flags everywhere when $4000 was agreed on to have someone reach out a week later for $7000.

My Dad loved this place. He’d always call and tell me exciting stories about the activities they’d do and how he just made a new friend. The staff is amazing every time I came to visit my dad I was immediately treated with 5 star hospitality and they made me feel comfortable. I knew I made a great choice choosing this facility bc not only is the staff family oriented but the therapy treatment was also amazing as they helped my dad get back on track with his health and fitness.

This has got to be the WORSE facility in the tri-county area!!! The so called administrator Gavin is horrible! He doesn't address issues that are reported to him, he avoids people that are trying to locate him, he doesn't return phone calls and if you have called him and left a message and try to call again, you will not get an answer!! This place is not fit to care for ANYONE!! Let alone older sick people! You have some nurses that spend a huge amount of time outside smoking, and are rude to the C.N.As and the residents!! The best Nurse there I observed was name Sue! She was very polite, attentive, compassionate, and went above her "job title"!! She's wonderful. Overall, the facility is not good!!! It needs the state to come through and shut it down until they can get a better overall staff, the facility can be cleaned, REALLY CLEANED, so areas needs to be rebuilt, the laundry room needs to be cleaned and organized!!! This place is a negative 5 stars!! Please DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!
