The Loft had caring staff who tried to make you comfortable and safe. I wasn’t fond of their beds as my back isn’t the best. My medication nurse was super and my CNA was great as was most of them. We missed her uplifting words when she was off a couple of days. Therapy was good and busy. The crew in our dining room were very nice, the food was okay except the bacon on our BLT’s the last dinner I had there. I would recommend for therapy and care after hospitalization.

The care was excellent. All my nurses were good but Michelle was excellent. She was on top of all my needs. She took the time to answer all my questions. She was very courteous and funny. All the CNAs were very good. I want to commend Alia, Nicole and Ashley. The care from these three was excellent. The night CNA was also excellent, I just don't know her name. I would definitely recommend The Loft to anyone.
