Absolute terrible experience with the facility and staff. My family fought blood sweat and tears trying to get our beloved grandmother into a nice place. She is a sweet 80 year old with severe dementia. My grandpa tried to take care of her himself but reached a complete breaking point. We all as a family worked so hard to get her in to this facility and 5 minutes after dropping her off the staff called asking for her to be picked up. She- as many people who suffer with dementia asks do go home about 200 times a day. She does this at her own home and asks for her parents to pick her up (whom have been dead for many years). she is not and has never been combative she is just repetitive and forgetful. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and demanded we come get her immediately just because she asked to go home. They didn’t even give her an hour to settle in after the multitude of hours of our time spent getting her in somewhere. They recommended she go to therapy which is a complete joke considering her level of dementia. We are beyond upset to be treated the way we have by this facility. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time on this place or these people have no compassion or patience!

Left my grandmother in their care. Came back to her covered in bedsores, malnourished and scared senseless. These people should NOT be allowed to operate as a legitimate nursing home. Abuse, neglect.... where does the line end? Old people DESERVE RESPECT AND HUMANE TREATMENT.

BEWARE - Before you put a family member in this nursing home that they REFUSE to let employees call off when they have major sicknesses ‘RSV&COVID’. They would rather have their employees come to work sick and potentially get their residents sick than to call off. This is probably why there is always outbreaks of illnesses going on here! Very rude upper management as well!
