John M. Evans Supportive Living

John M. Evans Supportive Living is an assisted living community in Pekin, Illinois, serving adults 65 and older who need help maintaining their independence. The community is located in Tazewell County, south of Peoria and southwest of Morton, and opened in April 2007.

The community provides personal assistance with activities of daily living and medication management, with certified staff on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support services include three daily meals, housekeeping, and laundry. Residents live in private apartments designed for senior living, with features such as mini-blinds, ample closet space, and home-like qualities. The community was recognized with the 2025 Silver Quality Award from AHCA/NCAL.

John Evans Supportive Living emphasizes lifestyle and wellness while maintaining residents' dignity and independence.
