Great Assisted Living facility- well maintained and clean at all times. The residents receive excellent care from all of the staff. The staff know all the residents by name creating a sense of family. My mother has been living at Willow Crossings for 10 months and it has been a wonderful experience.

Moving a loved one to an assisted living facility is a difficult time filled with anxiety and worry for a family. Willow Crossings has turned out to be one of the best decisions our family has ever made. My mom has been a resident for 8 months now and we could not be more happy with her life there. The entire staff from top to bottom is so kind, caring, and loving. They go above and beyond to ensure that my mom as well as all the residents there are never in need of anything. It’s such a comfort knowing she is safe and happy at all times.<br>The facility is immaculate and there are activities all day every day. There is something for everyone and they are always asking for suggestions that you might like. Always looking to make everyone happy.<br>My mom had to spend some time in a wheelchair recently and I stressed about how I would be able to get her to her doctors appointments. I was told not to worry, not a problem. They have a wonderful gentleman who takes you in a wheelchair accessible vehicle, waits for you during your visit, and returns you home when you’re done. He even offers to stop at the pharmacy if you need. The acts of caring each day are endless.<br>We have not had one problem or negative incident at all, just the opposite. Every staff member works each and every day with a smile and positive attitude and can’t do enough to make every day enjoyable. I am and will be forever grateful for them. You can’t put a price on knowing that your loved one is safe and so well cared for. Peace of mind is a beautiful thing!<br>If you are ever in need of this type of care for your loved one, please include Willow Crossings on your list, I promise you won’t be sorry!

My mother a high level of care and received excellent care throughout her stay, especially from her RCA. I felt confident that she was advocating for my mother's needs and made sure she received what she needed. I would, without reservation, recommend Willow Crossings to anyone needing that level of care. I was also impressed by the friendliness of staff and the longevity of their tenure. It speaks well. The care she received from Willow Crossings integrated well with First Choice Hospice.

My 84 yr old mom joined willow crossing in October 2025 after living independently for over 5 years. Mom has multiple health issues and I was the primary caretaker while holding a demanding full time job and family obligations - I needed help! From the moment we met to discuss her placement, mom’s needs and concerns have been met and appeased. They have gone above and beyond by helping me navigate through the process and acquiring additional resources/services for mom. The staff (top to bottom) are exemplary and so caring. Mom is thriving and enjoying her time at willow crossing. I can now rest and know mom is in great hands. I’m forever thankful! Move in day picture attached.
