This place is incredible, my Mother wasn’t interested in leaving her home of 30+ years but when it was time she clearly needed the help we had to make the move. We were told by a close friend that they took great care of his Mom until the end of her life. We reluctantly made the decision and Mom was NOT happy. Within a few days she asked me if she could spend the rest of her life here. Since then, they’ve gotten her involved in activities she never would have taken in her own, enjoys daily exercise that she never did before and has a stable of friends. The staff treats her incredibly well and have gone well beyond the call of duty in a way that allows her to maintain her dignity. I wouldn’t write this review if I didn’t sincerely believe this is by far the best place for my Mom. Thank you to Jim the director, the nurses, the restaurant staff and all the daily support staff.

In my opinion, The Branches of North Attleboro is the Best!! Jim and Ron are outstanding… not only are they caring and compassionate they are comedians!! They welcome the residents with open arms and really make them feel like they belong. They have created a home-like atmosphere. Thank you for all you do!!❤️

I would highly recommend the Branches of North Attleboro as a home for your loved one. I am pleased with the level of services, response and care from the Director and all staff members. Everything at the Branches is top notch. The staff at the Branches are professional, personable, welcoming, and fun loving. They have all treated my mom with respect, and the compassion she deserves. She receives the daily assistance she needs, while she maintains a high level of independence. I am happy my mom has a home to feel safe and loved in at this stage of her life. Thank you to everyone at the Branches for their extraordinary care.

Amazing staff and management, they all truly care about their residents and show it every day. The entertainment is especially top notch, even walked in on a wedding one afternoon and everyone was rocking along! The Branches is the first and only place I'd recommend to my family and loved ones.

My parents moved in to the Branches in July 2024. From the first moment we walked in for a tour, my sister and I were blown away by the facility, the staff, Nursing, Hospice and the management--absolutely everyone we have encountered there! Kind, caring, professional people who clearly love what they do and care for their residents and their family like their own family. The facility is immaculate, bright, cheerful and welcoming. The meals are amazing and programs are engaging and entertaining for the residents. They helped us with our father's last days, providing him amazing care, compassion and dignity while showing us such genuine support. They continue to help our mother thrive and we are thrilled to watch her make friends and become part of this wonderful community. Our family could not be more pleased and would recommend The Branches to anyone looking for the best possible care for their family member.
