I worked for the company for 2 years and there was a miunderstanding with a client’s wife while I was caring for the husband and she complained about me to Su and instead of telling me they where letting me go they just deleted all my information and I had to call them myself to find out they were letting me go. I wasn’t given a chance to clear anything up. I was very upset to have to call to find out I was being fired over a misunderstanding that had nothing to do with the client I was caring for. It was unfair to me after being an employee for them for two years. & it showed me they don’t value their employees and they’re easily replaceable.

Su Madan and her caregivers are true Angels from Heaven. The caring and support they gave during a very difficult time will always be remembered and appreciated.

When my mom needed 24/7 care on short notice to recover from a fall, I was really worried about finding qualified people. Multiple staffers at the assisted living facility recommended ComForCare very highly, but Su and her team far surpassed my expectations! Su immediately made a personal visit to my mom to assess both her needs and her personality, and we had a caring, competent team providing round-the-clock coverage in time for Mom's discharge. Although Mom has recovered, we decided to keep one of Su's aides for a couple of shifts a week, mainly for the wonderful companionship she provides. Su's husband Sumit (who manages the business and operations side) made it very simple to make that switch to part-time coverage. If someone you love needs care, I can't imagine you could find a better option. ** I just noticed there's a similar recent review from someone else named Kelley - we had similar experiences with ComForCare but we are not related! **

I used ComForCare for several years - first for my father ( who ended up dying suddenly in hospital) and second for my mother ( who was able to die peacefully at home per her wishes). ComForCare was able to provide care givers who were selected to match each of their needs and personalities, which changed over time as each aged and declined. For my mother's case, before her last decline, ComForCare folk were able to get her out of the house for food shopping and attending Mass at her favorite church, as well as doctor appointments. Towards her end, ComForCare was able to integrate seamlessly with hospice care to provide 24/7 care and peace of mind to me and my siblings. I will forever appreciate Su and Sumit Madan for their service. Thank you.

The care my father received from the amazing aides at ComForCare was truly a gift to my family. The agency was so responsive to all of our needs. I can't imagine going through this past month without McKenzie, Daina, Bens, and Donna. They are wise and kind women who guided my father so beautifully through his last travels.
