The entire HOA is lousy and rude. Looking through my windows and Pam HOA board member coming in unannounced really a terrible look. Above all else they are snooty. They live in a townhome in Phoenix not Paradise-Valley you all aren't that special.

People have been here for years. I thought that was a good thing. But they are into everyone’s business. Holes all over the place. Stepped into a few and hurt my ankle.

The place is governed by some lousy bureaucrats. If it wasn't for the historical common area bench there'd literally be no need to visit.

They want to remove the community bench where I hang out with my best friend Ted every morning. We're both disabled vets and the HOA hates us here
