The care staff are for the most part caring, kind and professional. I have some frustrations with admin though as they don't return voicemail calls. My sister is in the facility for a spinal cord injury. I do want to shout out some thank you's to CNA's like Mike and Paul. My sister is also very appreciative of her therapist Jeff. And I am very appreciative of Margo in medical records for being friendly and responsive to an insurance deadline.
