The person that greeted me was the most pleasant person I've ever met in a place like that the way she greeted me I was so surprised that someone could be so pleasant, I made my whole experience different than any other place like this I've been, I was actually happy to be there, and I was happy to be there visiting my friend all this person was at the front desk, and when I left I had to tell her thank you, give me my whole experience they're great

I'm still at the place to recuperate the nurses and can are all so very nice the only thing I don't like is the horrible food some days you can actually see these are leftover

Just a visitor. When you walk in, it seems quite nice. Then proceed to the patient rooms. They need more staff to care for these people. The staff that was there seemed very nice, but you can tell that they are overwhelmed with the number of patients that they are caring for. The halls smelled horrific. They do make a healthcare oder eliminator.<br>They have construction going on and the water was turned off. No announcement made and we had my cousins hair all soaped up. Asked for some water bottles, staff didn't seem to care about our predicament. Pass the buck, is what we got. Again, patient to staff ratio not good.
