The place is nice and appears well maintained. Service workers were All attentive and courteous. However, the place does smell a bit. Could be soiled linens that just hadn’t made their way to cleaning yet?

I highly recommend Life Care Center they have an excellent staff of Dr's, nurses and nurses aids as well as a great physical therapy staff. This was my second stay here and if the need would arise I would choose this facility again. A new aid named Marquez is so happy he is contagious, Pedro treated me and my family so well he went above and beyond. I wish I could name all the staff here but I will just say thank you for making a difficult time in my life better.

Shout out to all of the CNA’s. Hard working people, especially Daisy and Valet!!! The nurses are great too—very friendly and approachable. And thank you Kim, the cleaning staff for your hard work also! We really appreciate you all of you!! I would love to have more PT/OT time for my dad, but I guess that is not the facility’s fault. The facility is a bit outdated and the rooms are too dark. Would be nice if they get a little bit renovation done. Thank you!!

Main thing is the staff. They were always kind and considerate. They answered all my questions and helped with all the little things that make a difference. I always felt comfortable with the care Leon was getting. The only disappointment was the food. Leon did not care for it. Thanks to everyone for their care and their smiles.

While the nursing and therapy staff were professional, attentive, and central to my recovery, my experience with administrative staff was far less positive. On multiple occasions, administrative leadership appeared dismissive toward both patients and frontline staff, and there was little sense of concern for patient well-being or recovery needs. When I asked about adjusting my discharge timing to allow for additional recovery, I was met with resistance and an inappropriate response that felt more intimidating than supportive. I later learned from another resident that they had experienced a similarly threatening interaction regarding discharge matters, which suggests this was not an isolated incident. Overall, I would recommend this facility for the quality of its nursing and therapy care. However, patients and families should be prepared to actively advocate for themselves when dealing with uncooperative or even hostile administrative personnel.
