Not gonna lie, it hard to manage a long term facility. I wish they showed more concern for residents. The CNAs seem to stay busy but I hope they have proper staffing. ✨️ maybe posting shower days would help.

Being somewhat apprehensive of nursing facilities it’s advisable to be certain that the facility is visually in order and to ask questions and importantly nurses and administrators are available to patients and family or friends, Desert Terrace responded to my questions and investigated all concerns, great job

Desert Terrace Healthcare Center provides exceptional rehab care. The therapy team is knowledgeable and motivating, and the nursing staff is attentive and responsive. They have a top-notch coordinated approach. The facility is clean and well-run, and the staff’s dedication really stands out. Highly recommend.

I don't recommend this place to no one they refuse to give my mom a shower the whole time Ishe was there and when they dressed her they put her close on backwards and inside out the care was horrible and the temperature in the rooms was way above 80 degrees very hot my mom would cry every night just for me to take her out of that place I would call my mother and they would not pass the call to her they shut off her phone completely if you have a loved one who needs care do not I repeat do not take them there the socal worker also sucks trying to send my mom to a homeless shelter instead of finding her the right care she needs if you love your family take them someplace else please
