We are extremely pleased with our decision. It is a wonderful facility, and my mother has been there for the past five months. The staff is consistently attentive, always available, and provides exceptional care.

very unprofessional. hires careless 19 y/os that are disrespectful and very disturbing. i wouldn’t recommend this place.

Over promise and under delivered. Poor communication and follow up by management. Keep an eye in your loved ones!<br><br>Here I am still waiting from a representative from the Foundations Health to return my call as promised from 7/22/25 Not surprised.
