I have been working hard to help my cousin following multiple stays in hospitals and care facilities until I discovered and placed her at The Palace Royale and Renaissance at Kendall. It was a life saver for her and me and I couldn’t do it without their wonderful staff of directors, like Ricardo Martinez and Patricia de Varona along with their top nurses Dianet and Rhadaly! We saved Janice together and she has been enjoying the good life at the Palace for the last six years! We are both so grateful. Happy Thanksgiving to their entire wonderful staff! ❤️

My mom has been living in the memory care unit for a year! It took alot to make the decision to place her in a home. But we Thank God daily for The Palace and everybody in this community! From the girls who smile as your walking in and acknowledge my mom by name to the kitchen staff who cook delicious! To Patricia who has helped us endlessly and always with a smile and a good attitude. To Dianet and Rhadley who even on their busiest day are willing to help with whatever they can! The concierge group who helps my mom call me if she’s a bit nervous. To Felipe, Amanda and the activities group who include my mom on a daily and help her join in groups. To her care group Anilda and Yaimara who have been so patient with her keep her clean smelling good and dressed well and looking cute with her hair accessories and make her smile…oml and please don’t let me forget about the manicurist and the hairstylist! Superb! The attention every single staff member gives in this facility is exceptional! It really does feel like family! I can’t express enough how Thankful I am to have The Palace and to feel like I have a community who understands and can guide me on how best to help<br>my mom in her situation. If you guys are considering this location I highly recommend it! I know it’s the scariest decision to make with all the horror stories you hear but believe me The palace is the exception! Call Terri! You can see for yourself! Like I said I am endlessly thankful for every single staff member! Don’t know what I would do without them!! 😃🙏
