Soy Gina paciente de Harmony. Quiero decir que el equipo de terapia de Harmony es excelente. Te hacen sentir como en casa y son muy profesionales. Gracias a ellos puedo caminar como antes y voy a poder regresar a mi hogar. Gracias Ernesto, Carlos y todo el equipo de Terapia por su dedicación y esfuerzo. Bendiciones y sigan siendo los mejores de todo Kendal. Mi hermana estuvo en Harmony y me lo recomendó y no se equivoco. Ms. Alina Delgado at the front desk is amazing! She always greets everyone with a warm smile and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She remembers your name and who you’re there to visit, which adds such a personal touch. She is always willing to assist in any way she can and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She is a wonderful choice for the front desk, and her professionalism and kindness make a lasting impression.

Staff and care excellent.<br>Therapy needs to be more consistent. 1/2 an hour not enough and doing machines for half of it definitely not enough.<br>Social services staff very helpful.<br>One person needs to adjust his bed side manner - was rude and kept asking it I was good!? Not the way one should speak to clients.

My grandfather was a resident at this long-term care facility, and I want to express our sincere appreciation for the care he received. The staff treated him with kindness, patience, and respect every day. Knowing that he was surrounded by compassionate caregivers gave our family comfort and reassurance.<br><br>The nurses and aides worked very hard and were always attentive to his needs. We truly appreciate their dedication and the effort they put into caring for the residents.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for the support and care you provided to my grandfather and our family.
