I had a very disappointing experience at this rehabilitation center. After being discharged from the hospital, I was transported here expecting assistance because I have difficulty walking. The driver simply dropped me off in a room and left. I waited for nearly an hour without anyone checking on me or explaining what was happening. During that time, I urgently needed to use the restroom. Since no one came to help me, I had to struggle there by myself, even though I have significant mobility issues. Only after almost an hour did a staff member come to evaluate me for therapy. By then, I had already decided that I did not want to stay. Patients arriving from the hospital, especially those with limited mobility, should never be left alone without assistance or communication. My first impression was that the facility lacked organization and attention to patient care. I hope the management reviews its admission process so that future patients are welcomed promptly and receive the support they need.

Our family has had an exceptional experience with NSPIRE Healthcare and Nursing Facility throughout my father-in-law's current stay. From the moment he arrives, kit was clear that the team is committed to providing not only professional medical care but also genuine compassion and respect for each resident. We are especially grateful for CNA Antonio, whose attentiveness and kindness have made a meaningful difference in my father-in-law's daily comfort. His patience and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed. The nursing team has also been outstanding. RN Ronaldo, RN Reynaldo, and RN Rene have each demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care. They consistently communicate clearly, act quickly when needed, and treat residents with dignity and warmth. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing he is in such capable hands. Amauri in Physical Therapy has been equally impressive. His dedication, encouragement, and thoughtful approach to rehabilitation have helped keep my father-in-law motivated and progressing. He brings both skill and positivity to every session. Overall, INSPIRE stands out for its teamwork, attentiveness, and genuine concern for the patient well-being. We are truly thankful for the level of care provided and would confidently recommend this facility to others seeking quality healthcare for their loved ones.

I’m absolutely speechless today as not only Mariana didn’t give up as I worried for the insignia logo of my Mont Blanc instrument falling into the creaks of the door as I dropped it & she went out of her way to get it for me, fixed it & then sharing the same exact verse I recently just put on my social media. I have goosebumps just as I write this because I find the coincidence and her fixing one of the most precious if not my favorite piece of equipment I use & I really don’t know how to express how grateful I’ve been for NSPIRE! Erick Almira the RN; what a coincidence that this man was already in my grandmothers care before! God willingly that is such a miracle! Holy cow !!! Alex de Nicaragua buenisimoooo todoooo Lucia Reyes the secretary was very attentive! Rachel Menendez Arias is truly such a marvelous woman & I appreciate the good service that my grandmother received when I was concerned about her needs when she lwent above & beyond for her! Thank you 😘

My mom is currently at the Rehab. This is her second time there. The entire staff has been so kind and caring. From the admission, Directors, Nurses, CNA and the activities personal. Susan the Director, Amaury the Director of Nursing, Rafael nurse, CNA Maria Lorenzo, Yusmari admissions and if I missed anyone it’s cause I do not know their names have been amazing. Maria Lorenzo works in the dinning room and she is so caring to everyone and takes the extra time to make the patients feel special. Amaury is very attentive and very kind. They all have been nothing but professional and patient. Susan was the first person I met when my mom arrived there and she took the time to explain the rehabilitation process. I’m happy I chose Nspire for my mom.

DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE!! I read the reviews; figured it was Kendall should be ok right? WRONG!! Go in person before sending your loved one there. Very unprofessional staff. No one speaks English. My mother didn’t make it overnight her first 24 hours! Her oxygen was not on when transported from Homestead Hospital. Then I had to tell them to connect & turn it on. It was in her nose, but not on! Then I realized she still wasn’t looking good still. So I had to go to the station again because they never come when you call them with the button. Come to find out the oxygen tank was empty! So she was there from 2:30 until about 5 without oxygen. Dinner comes around 6:30 and it was a tuna sandwich., a carton of milk, a cranberry juice and a minestrone soup bowl. From that moment I knew I needed to get her out of there ASAP so I figured I would get her out first thing in the morning. Unfortunately my mom did not make it. They sent me a text in Spanish that said my mom died at 5:14am! How is this place even open? This place is a disgrace!! I’m writing this to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
