Not a place for your family to stay at! They don’t feed enough food to your family! And not enough of staff to take care of your loved ones, and they don’t care about there needs! They always lying families. Some of med techs are giving the wrong medication to residents and caregivers are not properly taking care of residents.

Such an amazing community! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, making it feel like home from the moment you walk in. It’s a great environment for residents to live, grow, and truly thrive. Bethany is the best! So kind, helpful, and dedicated!

There are so many complaints about Terra Bella and the way they short change our loved ones with not enough staff it’s disgusting. They do the minimum the state requires but we don’t pay the minimum. The staff is over worked and underpaid. The turnover in staff that care for our loved one is awful. Alzheimer’s and dementia patients need consistency in their daily living. In October a request was put in for lighting for those of us that come to visit, as of today there is still no lighting improvements! I could go on and on.
