My dad was here 6 years ago. I was pleased then and I am pleased each time I’ve returned to visit my loved ones. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The lobby is open and welcoming. Easy access and parking. I personally appreciate it is a recessed location that is not readily seen from the main road. Good for the security of the patients and visitors. Clean without the feel of institutionalized living quarters. Nice, bright and open. Room setup provides privacy for the resident when the door is opened as people walk down the hall. Friendly, helpful, courteous staff.<br>Thank you for caring for loved ones.

Worst place ever !!!! If I could give them a zero star I would! My mom is on oxygen 24/7 and 4 times that I know of she was without. When I call no one answers and after calling several times they finally answer and are very rude! The staff is horrible and take forever to respond to the call button. I pray and hope if you have a loved one you take them somewhere else if they have any medical issues. There’s not enough staff at all for the patients that need help. Worst place ever !!!!!

My husband is there. I have some compliance complaints. My husband is a diabetic and received regular sugar on his tray. Talked with several people. No response. My husband requires soft food which his tray looks like regular food. My husband was vomiting and I asked a aid for help. She left the never to return. My husband was sweating and throwing up.I can imagine the care he received when I'm not there. We choose this place because it came highly recommended.
