All staff are like family to each resident. They encourage but don't force individuals to participate in activities. The meals have variety.

Phenomenal care provided by an exceptional team of caregivers! The facility was always spotless and safety was the priority. The residents received personalized care according to need, and response times were immediate. I highly recommend OneStone Oak Senior Living!

When faced with an unexpected need to find care for my husband when his health declined a resource guidance advocate recommended OneStone Oak Senior Living and I’m so glad she did. Their staff and leadership really stepped up to help me understand the various components of care needed for my Joe and addressed all of our concerns. We found their responsiveness with daily living needs like bathing were handled timely and with grace. While there were other facilities available for us to consider, OneStone Osks was fresh and clean, serving hot home cooked meals in an inclusive environment that made a difficult decision a whole like easier. A special shout out to Florin, Lorena and Inga for their professionalism with the residents

OneStone Oak Senior Living assisted care facility has been a Godsend for our family. Residents here receive the most compassionate care of any assisted care facility I have experienced or visited. I have visited at least 15 and have had a loved one in three other facilities. The care provided at OneStone Oak surpasses them all. The caregivers here constantly monitor our loved one’s vitals and safety, encourage him to participate in ability appropriate activities, and allow him needed rest times throughout the day. Three home cooked meals are provided daily by their dedicated chef. Outside engaging entertainment is provided on a regular basis. There is a spacious covered porch for residents to enjoy the outdoors when weather permits. Once I realized that our loved one required more care than I could provide, I looked for a facility where I would feel comfortable leaving him. Privately owned, with only a dozen residents, OneStone Oak has provided a place where he can thrive. I definitely recommend this facility.
