Over three months time I've been extremely happy with senior buddies. The caregivers have been remarkably sensitive and responsive to my needs. Senior buddies has been amazing! We needed care pretty fast due to my mom needing emergency surgery. She was not able to care for my dad with Alzheimer’s like she had been doing. They were able to get care set up with in a couple days (probably faster if we needed it)! Senior buddies has been so accommodating allowing us to change the amount of help we need at anytime. The caretakers have been great with my dad. Very kind, smart, and caring. They are great at helping him with daily cares and just being a companion for him to talk with and hangout with. They have been lifesavers helping my brother and I balance caring for my dad and mom, working, and caring for our own children. The owner and supervisors have been wonderful as well making sure we are comfortable with everything and making sure everything is running smoothly. They respond very fast too when I have questions or need to make changes to the schedule. I would 100% recommend senior buddies to anyone that needs help caring for a loved one.

I recently signed up for Senior Buddies services for my mom. I love their mission and was very impressed when I first reached out and spoke with Jacob, the owner and founder. He took all the time I needed to explain their services and answer my questions. My mom was very reluctant but I made her use the services because I was out of the country and concerned for her health and safety and she needed some help and also transportation to an appt. Everything was handled so smoothly and they did a great job of communicating and getting her set up on short notice. She loved Daunte, her care person, and is now happy to let me set up for her help/care/transportation needs in the future. We will be using Senior Buddies from now on and I highly recommend them. Very thankful for the great care they took of my mom!
