My grandmother was in there and they took the very best care of her while she was under their care!! The staff was amazing! They were so attentive and took the very best care of my grandma. The new DON is amazing! So if you haven't been there in the last month you need to go back and check it out! I highly recommend this place for your loved ones!!

They don’t take care of the Alzheimer’s patients. Don’t bathe them often enough. Dont even serve correct food for patients with no teeth; and they don’t cut up the food. Patients lose up to 20# before they die. Horrible place. Do not recommend. My mother past away there. Then they sent me a bill for me to personally pay over $60,000. Got an attorney who helped me get it resolved. I never signed anything to say I would pay anything.

I arrived at the facility and discovered my loved one with a significant bruise to her forehead and a black eye (photographs available). I was informed that the injury reportedly occurred around 6:00 a.m. that morning. However, no incident report had been filed and no family notification had been made. It was not until approximately 5:00 p.m., when I arrived in person, that the injury was discovered by family. The LPN on duty was unaware of what had occurred, and no staff member initially had clear knowledge of the incident. I was later told that a staff member working around 6:00 a.m. witnessed the resident bump her head on a door but did not know how to file an incident report. She reportedly informed a supervisor; however, the supervisor failed to complete the report due to being “too busy” as a result of understaffing. The resident was not promptly sent for medical evaluation. Family members had to insist that appropriate action be taken to have her transported. This delay is deeply concerning. During my visit, I also observed the following additional safety concerns: • One LPN appeared to be responsible for medication administration throughout the entire facility. • Scheduled medications were being administered hours later than ordered. • The call light system in the resident’s room was not functioning. When pressed, there was no response. • The hallway indicator light above the room door was not illuminated. • The computer monitoring systems appeared to be turned off, suggesting there was no active monitoring system for resident call lights. These conditions present a serious and immediate risk to resident safety. Failure to document injuries, notify families, ensure timely medication administration, and maintain functioning emergency call systems reflects systemic deficiencies that warrant investigation I am available to provide photographs and any additional information needed Not to mention The lack of compassion. The supervisor Michael showed absolutely no concern at all. Instead, he gaslit me , He told me I Was raising my voice when I was not raising my voice I was just talking to him in a manner that I guess he didn't like.. I have the entire interaction in a video. You can clearly tell that I am not shouting raising my voice or yelling in any way. He had absolutely no bedside manner and lacked compassion. The facility should definitely terminate him and get better...

I had to remove my prior review because I felt bad for being so vicious with my review of the care or lack of care I witnessed in this facility with my loved one. I will say it was enough to warrant me filing a grievance, which I felt was handled like it was a joke. So I felt it necessary to file a formal complaint.

Wonderful caring and helpful staff. Everyone from the cleaning crew to the administrator. The nurses are short staffed but do their best to put a smile on their faces for those that are unable to care for themselves. The facility is clean and has no odors. I’m glad to know they are taking care of my aunt.I appreciate all that they do for her.
